A tantalising 'North African' spice blend of Fresh Coriander, Preserved Lemons & Saffron

Product of Australia 250g (8.8 oz) Net

Made from local and imported ingredients. Onions, Preserved Lemons (18%), Fresh Coriander (8%), Canola Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Spices, Salt, Sugar, Food Acid (330), Saffron (0.1%) and Water added.

Serving Suggestion: Prepare 1 kg of chicken thighs and make slits along chicken flesh. Add ½ jar paste and rub in well. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight. Cook over hot BBQ and garnish with finely chopped spring onions, coriander, marinated green olives and 1 preserved lemon cut into fine wedges. Serve with couscous or rice. Suitable to use in tagine recipes.
